Identification of Collected Data

In the course of providing advanced data systems architecture, ZenLogic Network only collects information that is strictly necessary for operational excellence and site security. We do not engage in data harvesting for third-party advertising.

  • Direct Identifiers Name, professional email address, and company affiliation provided during consultation requests or project onboarding.
  • Technical Metadata IP addresses, browser configurations, and regional identifiers used to optimize logic network delivery and prevent unauthorized access to our hub.

Execution of Data Processing

Our processing activities are governed by the principles of limitation and transparency. We utilize your data for the following specific logic network operations:

Configuring custom data environments and maintaining secure communication channels between our Hanoi operations center and your business.

Monitoring for anomalies within our network traffic to ensure the integrity of our architecture and the safety of client assets.

Data longevity is determined by the duration of our professional engagement. Once a contract is concluded, ZenLogic Network initiates a secure decommissioning phase for all associated personal identifiers within 24 months, unless legal requirements dictate otherwise.

We employ AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for all data in transit across our systems. Access is restricted via strictly audited multi-factor authentication protocols.
